News Reporter


Description


Social Media News Reporters are responsible for creating fair and informed social media content about current events going on in the world.


Specific Responsibilities Include


  • Creating content for the iFeminist Instagram regularly.
    • Submitting proposals for posts, executing them, and submitting them for posting every 2 to 3 weeks.
    • Content includes infographic-like posts talking about current events
      • Current events include, but aren’t limited to, accomplishments of women in various fields of work; news pertaining to gender equality, socio-economic equity, and human rights; and significant world economic and political events.
  • Active membership in iFeminist.
    • Participation and activity in community, communications, etc.



    Historian


    Description


    iFeminist Social Media Historians are responsible for creating content about female figures in history and their accomplishments.


    Specific Responsibilities Include


  • Creating content for the iFeminist Instagram regularly.
    • Submitting proposals for posts, executing them, and submitting them for posting every 2 to 3 weeks.
    • Content includes infographic-like posts talking about historic figures and events
      • Such topics include, but aren’t limited to, female historical figures, accomplishments by said figures, and feminist movements in history.
  • Active membership in iFeminist.
    • Participation and activity in community, communications, etc.



    Librarian


    Description


    iFeminist Social Media Librarians are responsible for creating book-related social media content that aligns with our mission and reflects values of passion, equity, ingenuity, and achievement.


    Specific Responsibilities Include


  • Creating content for the iFeminist Instagram regularly.
    • Submitting proposals for posts, executing them, and submitting them for posting every 2 to 3 weeks.
    • Content includes, but is not limited to:
      • Picturesque posts of books accompanied by a caption or additional slides discussing and/or recommending the book.
      • Infographic-like posts recommending books for certain audiences and themes.
    • The content and the books must have relevance to our mission. This includes biographies of significant female figures in history, works authored by women, and literature pertaining to important social themes.
  • Active membership in iFeminist.
    • Participation and activity in community, communications, etc.



    Digital Media Curator


    Description


    iFeminist Social Media Digital Media Curators are responsible for creating social media content about digital media such as TV shows and movies that aligns with our mission and reflects values of passion, equity, ingenuity, and achievement.


    Specific Responsibilities Include


  • Creating content for the iFeminist Instagram regularly.
    • Submitting proposals for posts, executing them, and submitting them for posting every 2 to 3 weeks.
    • Content includes, but is not limited to:
      • Picturesque posts that display a movie and TV show, accompanied by a caption or additional slides discussing and/or recommending the said content.
      • Infographic-like posts recommending TV shows and movies for certain audiences and themes.
    • The content and the media must have relevance to our mission. This includes movies and shows directed and led by women, focusing on women, with themes pertaining to women and social issues.
  • Active membership in iFeminist.
    • Participation and activity in community, communications, etc.
